Conclusions
The JENESYS (Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths) is a project advanced by the Japanese government from the standpoint of providing a sound foundation for strong solidarity within Asia through large-scale youth exchange whereby it aimed at promoting an mutual understanding and friendly relations. The organization for this programme is JICE (Japan International Cooperation Center) that conducting the programme in cooperation with various local governments, schools, and international exchange organizations in each area. There are participants all over ASEAN countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. From this program, participants will learn about strengths, allures and values of Japan through various activities, such as observing cutting-edge technologies, visiting historic or scenic sites, observing local industries, and experiencing traditional cultures and subcultures. In addition, the participants will intermingle with Japanese citizens in school exchanges and homestay, creating a chance to develop trust and friendship with each other.

From my point of view for the whole program in japan, I was very impressed with Japan in a way that it was a country of great technology for example the public transports such as the bullet train was the high-speed rail network known as shinkansen are able to running at speeds of up to 320 km/h and known for punctuality, comfort, safety whereby no fatal accidents in its history and efficiency. Besides, in term of natural disasters, even though Japan face so many disaster because Japan lies along the Pacific Ring of Fire where many of the world’s earthquakes and volcanic eruptions occur, they manage to recover and handling the natural disaster very systematic and very fast. This is because of an early education and they educate the students as well as community on how to handle the disaster and steps that can be applied in that situation. Thus, whenever a disaster occur in that area, the community themselves know how to handle and together they help each other without depending solely on the government help because they already know what the next step that they have to do due to an early exposed before. This is one of the thing that should be apply to all countries not only to the countries that often experience it but also to all so that if anything could be happen, they can prepare early and minimize the damage or death. As we all know that they able to receive the information about the disaster easily and quickly due to the notification of disaster information through phone and also speaker around the area. This should be apply to all country so that the information will be widespread and the society can be ready in order to face the situation.
The push-enabled notification of disaster information in Japan

The main thing that I learnt in Japan is everyone is very discipline and punctual whenever they are always anxious not to be late to their appointments and normally they will arrive 10 or 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Not only that, the people are very polite and very helpful to help even have a difficulties to communicate at first but they are very excited to help and explain what we want to know. Furthermore, I love the service in Japan as we know Asian countries always have much better hotel service than in the West, but Japan takes it to another level. This is because the service is very fast and satisfying, for example I have experienced with the staff in the hotel whereby I have a problem using the iron which the water is leaking (steam iron), so I called the service which apparently that time is already 9pm but the staff arrived just five minutes after I called and she fixed the iron just in a moment and I am very impressed for their services. Next, I love the cultures in Japan, one of the culture is bowing which is an important part of the Japanese culture. I bring that up instead others is because it is one of the many ways that Japanese people make an effort to show their respect to each other, and this is a perfect example of showing our respect to others.
